Project: Self Project
Brief: Making 4 pages (2 facing pages) about the interior design based on the Korean entertainment industry.
Challenges: Before I worked on this project, I learned how to use Adobe InDesign, anatomy of a magazine and the rules in typography so it took a long long time.
RESEARCH
This trend is about a minimal, natural and artistic mood which comes with a neutral colour palette, abstract shape items, natural materials including plants, cotton, wool and so on. I grabbed the wavy and curvy lines from the organic mood.
DEVELOPMENT
I used baseline grids for a neat look and legibility. I also tried to keep balance between images and texts in the layouts.
